on the silvertip there is however a problem with the varnish durability onto the snake skin limbs....after a year of intensive use with around 15.000 shots, the varnish of the limbs is peeling from everywhere...it takes off in small plates and I should be obliged to make the bow refinished ASAP...

I've shot Shafer's before and they really impressed me--so much that I have my 1st recurve due next week.Might have a bunch of Widow's on the classifieds soon
