Been a while
« on: November 29, 2015, 10:39:00 AM »
I have not been here for some time now. Life has gotten hard with granddaughter deal. My health is not too good. It's hard to walk. Arthritis has set in bad in my left ankle and foot. But what is worse is our son will not let us take Ruby to church anymore. He will be late to work before he will allow that. The worse pain is the heart ache my wife and I have for this. Caleb needs salvation and to have Jesus take over.
Forgive me for not being here. I haven't touched a bow in months, or even hunted. I post on P.A. Trying to learn to Knap but I can't even do that now. My heart is on the ground.

Daniel,

All things, they tell us, teach us Christ's suffering. I ache for and with you, especially over your grandchild, but as they also say, GOD's IN CHARGE...not your misguided son.

Seeds have been sewn.  Live your faith and be a beacon to both him and your granddaughter!

We win more people by example the proselytizing!

I fall far short of both I'm afraid, but I offer that as encouragement, not admonishment...

Keep the Son in your eyes!
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

Prayers for your son's deliverance and salvation
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])
