court
« on: January 05, 2016, 12:31:00 PM »
Tomorrow is a default court for our granddaughter custody. Pray for what is best for her. This has been long and stressful on the family. I feel that things will never be good again with this.

Daniel, praying for a righteous outcome for you and your granddaughter. Praying for a bright future for her. Like my signature says...

Praying for God's mighty hand in destroying the works of the evil one in your family's lives.

I really can't say more about court. It is continued till April. Judge has zero sympathy for the mom.
God is in control, still feel down.

Feelings are of this world, Daniel.

They eat me up if I let them, so we all try to battle those and life in Faith and Trusting in God's goodness.

Courts are cautious about declaring a parent, especially a "mother" unfit, for fear (I guess) of it being over turned in appeal...so they proceed cautiously...

As you say, God is IN CONTROL... now you need to lay this at the foot of the cross and TRUST in His Will... your feelings will bouy I'm sure!

Keep the Son in your eyes!

As an update. Our granddaughters mom was arrested. 2 counts robbery and 1 count drug paraphernalia. Now on probation. A hearing on March 8. Not too good for her.

When she got caught doing this is when she had Granddaughter. We do not know where she was or who with. Yes in God's hands. Glad it ain't in mine.

Not easy to envision, but kids are sometimes tougher then we would be in similar situations!

I can only imagine what your mind plays out as possibilities there as to the child's plight...

Sure sounds like reckless endangerment to me...

But it appears God has protected this wee one so far, He won't quit now!

A very wild happening. The granddaughters mom was arrested Thursday on felony charges. Still in jail as far as I know. Our son has calls to make to lawyer and ad-litem . She was arrested Thursday and we found out today. She has 5 counts against her in the last two months. Such a shame . She needs Jesus.
