Good morning
Still feeling good other than being out of shape from spending the last two months either on my back or butt. Stool color is brown and it appears the bleeding is subsiding . Yesterday I dug a 3 foot deep hole, dug up a tree, and transplanted it so doing well. I'm not experiencing the weakness or dizziness like I have been. Maybe my body is adjusting to the nivo. Hope so.

Gracious, Galen... Let's n ot get too crazy now!

When does your surgeon & Oncol give you their input?

Hang in there... glad you're feeling a bit spry for all that you've been thru!

My surgeon will contact me Monday so we will see what she thinks. Plus I want them to do another blood work up to see how that looks before I jump back into a hospital bed.
Another good day, stripped and waxed the family room floor. Still stiff and sore from the tree planting but I haven't done any work for so long this old body gets wimpy fast.

Well praise God and thank you for your prayers!!! It seems God took care of the internal bleeding and the way may help others on this drug. I have had high acid in my stomach and have  been using over the counter antacids for years after a prior insurance company would no longer pay for a prescription drug. While in the hospital they gave me protonix and the residing Dr wrote a prescription for me. Our current insurance co covered it and now evidence of bleeding is leaving, my energy level is almost back to normal, and I no longer have the dizzy near fainting issues.
So Thank You Prayer Warriors!!!

How about that!?!!!

Tip of the hat to yet another insurance entity with greed as their mantra!  Alas, God handled it!

Now if only enough would turn back to our Christian roots in this country, maybe he'd heal America!

Congrats, Galen... Another medical miracle of God's design! Yea!!!   :bigsmyl:

Well Praise update. The bleeding has stopped and my blood numbers have stabilised and will be increasing. So continuing to speak God's Word at the issue and learn to let His Word rule my heart.

Ben I think of you often even though we don't know each other. My wife found out she had cancer in late 2012 and your bravery helped me during the hard times with her . Just seeing your post on trusting in God even when times were bad gave me a rock to stand on for her . We just did her 6th PET scan and all have been good so the Doc. said she wouldn't have to do anymore PETS . Just know that you are making a difference in people's lives and we are praying for you.

Mike I am so thankful that your wife is well, praise God. All I can do is share what God has and is doing for me. He is faithful and if we can get past our taught religion and get into a relationship with Him we will find the freedom He gave so much to buy for us.

Galen, your modesty is only surpassed by your deep, abiding Faith...

You are an inspiration to many as Mike said!

Thank you for your witness!

Dave my modesty comes from knowing where I've come from and what I deal with every day. My past would make you blush. But when I was looking up at the bottom Jesus reached into my heart and put His Love there. And it changes me daily for the better and I'm the beneficiary.
