Thank you guys for all the prayers. As Philip mentioned I had a repeat MRI today for a growth in my brain that was discovered back in June. At that time the growth was an incidental finding and small. Doctors were unsure exactly what it was and they decided to monitor it and repeat the MRI in August. August's MRI showed no change and a subsequent MRI was scheduled for today. They performed today's with perfusion to see if there was any blood flow to the growth and fortunately it was insignificant and the growth didn't absorb the dye and radiate indicating it was cancer. However, it did appear slightly but insignifantly larger but the neurosurgeon said it could just be the positioning of my head during the MRI. While the surgeon said because of my age there is a high percentage that this may become a cancer, the fact that it is not presenting as cancer now and because I have no symptoms because of it that the recommendation is to continue monitoring it and repeat the MRI again in May provided I remain without symptoms.
