I can't tell ya too much about them as I have been shooting them from a flipper on a bow cut well past center (metal riser). they are water proof as far as soak water up. the little cut well pick up water and fling it a bit whem ya shoot.
I found to be a little more critical for arrow tuning and would not stabilize an arrow like a 5&1/2" sheild cut but what vane will.
sorry I can't tell ya about shooting them off the shelf but for a flipper in the rain I'll take a regular vanes.
I really like the quikspin 4" vanes if the arrow is really tuned and shooting a 100 gr 3 blade snuffer or a woodsman. I think ya'd have to shoot them from a flipper and I don't knkow how well they will do in the rain. they have got soe micro grooves on one side that could well hold water by capillary actions.
back to the bi-delta, i don't think shooting off a fipper even breaks them in. sorry I wasn't more help
