TC for Christmas?? Anyone
« on: December 28, 2007, 10:44:00 AM »
Just wondering, anyone get a Turkey Creek bow for Christmas? How does it shoot? What is the waiting time for one?

Oh I thought you were refering to a Thompson Center.  :bigsmyl:
It's really simple. Just don't take those borderline shots. Tomorrow is another day.

I'm waiting on one.

I talked to Doug about a week before Christmas. He had to do some final sanding and then spray mine. He said it would be delayed a bit because his son was sick, and had been home from school for about 2 weeks at that point.

When I ordered my bow, Doug said it would be about 6-8 weeks. It's been about 11-12 weeks now, but the delay is certainly understandable.

It's not the arrival, it's the journey.

I've got one coming as well. Mine is going to have a little bit of extra sentimental value to me. He is doing some accents on it from an old riser that I had here at home. I'm excited and think it will be worth the wait.
