Vapor arrow selection?

I'm getting ready to order some stuff from Kustom King with my gift cert. I got for Christmas. Anyways I was wondering which spine Vapor Blackhawk I should get. My setup is an Chek-mate atilla  47#@28" and thats my draw, 12 strand D97 string. I'm wanting to load the front for EFOC around 300-400gr total thats with insert, adaptor and broadhead. I'm thinking the 2000's are going to be to weak so the 3000's should be right? Right now I'm shooting POC 65-70 cut to 28 1/2" bop with 200gr head and they are a little stiff if that helps any thing.

If it's any help my recurve 53#@27 likes the 3000's with 225 grains up front and 29 1/4 inches long to the back of the point.

I would say the 3000s will work. I made some up for a buddy to shoot from his Shrew. They are 29" to bop and have 50 grain brass inserts and 150 gr. field points. His bow is 56#@28" and they bareshafted well...just slightly weak, and with fletching (3-5.5" shield cuts) fly like darts. I am thinking that the finished arrow weight is right at 525 or 530 grains. With no additional weight up front go with the 2000. With the way you want to load them up front go with the 3000. I use Vapors and have a bow in that poundage and either one will work. Just depends on how heavy you want your finished arrow.

I shot the 2000s cut to 29.5"s and a 50 grain brass insert and 125 grain field point out of a  42# AT 28" PSA and I draw almost 29"s so bow was 44#s or so and they flew perfect. Get the 2000s and cut to 28.5-29"s and put 175 up front. You will not be dissapointed. The 3000s cut to 30"s and 225 may fly for ya but I believe they will be too stiff even than. Shawn
