Need help on Nanners. Not trying to steal the post. Do you use 5 1/2 pre cut, 5 1/2 chopper or the new low profile Nanner chopper? Any trick to quite them down?  Thanks Mark

Yes, please tell Osagetree. Those look real nice. Is that a orange wraped and fletched banana I see back there? Thats the color combo Im leaning toward. What brand wraps and fethers did you use?

Thanks

This thread is turning out some really sweet arrows.

You guys know I'm always up of a new experiment with it comes to arrows. I got really excited when i started looking at this thread. My goodness you all do great work. Thought I'd try my hand at it as well.

These are not of the quality you all are doing but I'm kind of impressed with the end results.

My first banana fletched arrows what ya'll think?

Man Adam.  Those natural barred arrow.  I would be afraid to use them.  They are gorgeous.  Man oh man I would love to learn to make something that awesome that I could use myself.  AWESOME JOB

Pointy, WOW, the natural colors are fantastic. Might be a bit high though. I wouldn't mess with a chopper cause it might get a bit messy.   "[dntthnk]"

What kinda glue do you use with them nanners.

Here's my "Orange Bananas" made by my brother Jeff in Fairbanks (ash shafts). Bubba, I'm still working on my "one color passthru".

Pointy Sticks,

I was wondering how long it was going to take someone to post something along those lines. The thread actually made it further than I expected.

Very nice. I was hoping to see some more full orange nanners. You wouldnt happen to know what brand feathers your brother used would you? Almost looks like the Flo Orange AMG's.

Hey pointy sticks, i'm thinking those might make good bear arrows, if baiting isn't illegal in your state....

Zmonster,
I'm embarassed to say I don't know for sure what brand he uses. I know they aren't AMG's, tho. And he burns the fletching rather than chopping. Maybe if he sees this thread he'll chime in.
