James, no need for a workshop or money, get some decent bowwood, an axe/machete, ferrier rasp, cabinet scraper, and you can make reliable free bows for the rest of your life   :bigsmyl:

some pics of my dads moose, hunt was a self hunt w/ two of his friends, it was his first trip to alaska, the bull came in to some cow calls, shot was 4 1/2 yards with a Horn longbow and Zeypher broadhead moose ran 50 yards and went down.

 I love late season bowhunting. I worked for this gal and loved every minute of it! Taken on Dec 19th with a McCullough longbow 52#@28, Snuffer 160, 2213 Classic.
