Miss Hope and I will be leaving in the morning for a extended hunt in Mississippi, the evening hunts should be very good the next two days so I "hope" to get to properly welcome her to our lease. I can honestly say that I've never been what I consider a good shot with any longbow....except Miss Hope, she's a tack driver, I shoot her as good if not better than my recurve, and after shooting her the past three days I can say that I'm confident out to 25 yards. Hopefully I can properly introduce her to a Mississippi whitetail over then next couple days. I've been trying to talk her into relocating here permanently but she insists on doing some more traveling before settling down, I introduced her to a friend of mine "Bayoulongbowman" yesterday and he took her for a spin, I felt obliged to introduce Ms. Hope to Mark as he's a super nice guy, and he's the reason our local pro-shop is expanding their trad equipment supplies. I'll be at the camp for a few days with this pretty lady but rest assured, she's in good hands, and hopefully when she arrives at "littlefeather's", she'll have another story or two to tell. Here are two pics of Miss Hope and the "bayoulongbowman", Mark Chambers.
Mark shoots lefty by the way.... but he sure shot Miss Hope well from the "right" side, lol.
