In general shoots need to get better, not cheaper.

They especially need to market better, for example more/better fliers and mailings, which means $$.

Clubs too. From what I've seen, clubs GROW when they RAISE dues and provide more for members (better outhouses, better benches, better targets etc). Think about what women would want, think about taking steps to help them enjoy clubs and events. We're not doing enough along that line.

The bottom loses, that's the way of the world. Shoots and club memberships are luxuries, like buying finished arrows.

My business is terrible. I'm going to fewer shoots. But I'm going to one very expensive shoot this weekend, expensive because I'll have to drive 1500 miles round trip. Stretch out for what you want.
