Well...I got wood bending pretty good and in the right places, but it seems a bit wet to me. Not springin' back like I think it should. Gonna put her in the hotbox for a few days before I go any further.

Man that side profile looks weird....I just got the hang of getting a bow to bend into the fades and you're tillering double fades on each limb....    Terry

Got the nocks roughed in tonite. Got her braced, but it's off tiller so I quickly unstrung it. Gotta fix it before a pic but no time tonite...LOL. Still holding about a inch of reflex. Figger I lost close to 1/2" so far.

Thanks fellers. Boy this thing is fun to tiller. I little bit of wood removal goes a loooong way. Exercise the bejeeezers out of it too.
May have missed my tiller a lil' bit as far as keeping the tips stiff...we'll see...  ;)

Do ya think leavin them stiff is a mistake, looks like you could loose alot of wieght in the long run.

Dano,
I think the original intent was to combine stiffer tips and a circular tiller without having the unwantd string angle and resulting stack associated with circular tiller bows. They are still stiff...but just start to bend comming out of the outer transitions.

Ah I see, it is like tillering x2, those tips will probably be hell.

Well I got her braced and pretty well lined out today. I'm at #50 @ 28"...gotta inch to go. The wood has taken a little set on me, and in the place I figgered it would. About 1/2" so far. Shoots pretty good at half draw. still got to fine tune the tiller a little. Man this thing was a bugger for me to tiller. This was by far the hardest design for me to date.
Anyhow have a look if ya want...

Sparky,Is the limb on the right starting to hinge a little in the area covered by a shadow? Kinda hard to make it out.

I don't think so Link...it must be the shadow or the poor pic quality. I'll try to take a better shot.
