we decided that we would skip the snake skin. we both really like the way it turned out, and really like the look of the sinew back. Next time he is over, we will post a picture of the bow at draw. He has already started to straighten out some river cane for it.

Coincidentally, the Farm owner (pig farm) I used to work for called on the weekend, said they had layed out lots of bales as "blinds" for us, and had been hauling out the dead pigs down there (way down in the back 40...deep draw) for us. Did I mention I like him?!!!!! Chris should get a shot on a coyote just as soon as we can make it down there.

I guess it really WAS a good idea leaving my old boss a recurve, stringer, arrows and armguard hey!!!! I think I got HIM too!!! haha.
...gosh this is hard.

Chris...it really means something and it is a true sign of your girl's love and dedication to you to for her to pound and/or chew the sinew for you. Once you back your next bow with it it will mean that she is always with you when your out  in the wilds chasing the mighty stag in order to provide for your family. Just pass the mesage on to her in a tactful way and I am sure she will accept the idea with open arms.  "[tunglaff]"

I don't hold it against him either, I told him he's the only person I'd ever buy a car from. And my little details probably resemble yours   :bigsmyl:  Except maybe one or two.

So, Calvin, whatta ya have in a right-hand-drive? I will buy it if it will carry the mail and if C-Biskit will do a handle wrap on the steering wheel. With Ferret floppies at ten and two.
