I was standing on top of the hill thinking that the bunny hunt was over till I saw a bunny break from the road side running the guuanlet showing us some fancy foot work making his way thru manu hunters with arrows flying all over as many have done on that Saturday until it made a fatal mistake and ran towards Damon. I quick shot between the eyes ended that bunnies hopping trails.

These two shots would equal any shot wev've seen on tapes of Howard, Bear or Pearson.

Moe and I had a great time as always! Shawn and Family outdid themselves, THANKS!! Moe managed to get her eye scrached on the last Green House drive. So she's looking like a pirate for a few days. Hopefully thats the extent of it. My bunny was sure a teem effert I made a shot that as it turned out would only have slowed him down, someone else hit him midships with a judo and another hit him behind the shoulder. After seeing that and Bobs soild hit on one that got away, along with the other stories, anyone that says rabbits aren't tuff needs to come hunt with us. They may be thin skinned but they have big hearts. Head shots are sweet!

I had the opportunity to talk with killy for a bit at the range...and foundd her to be a congenial and pleasant woman ( cat's out of the bag now killy  :)  )

after watching her shoot my centaur for abit, I asked her if I could shoot her morrison, after I splayed a few arrows all over the target, she looked at me with a straight face and asked me if I had a wandering eye  :scared:

I gave her some pathetic excuse...I just didn't have the heart to tell the dear woman that I never shoot at the same spot twice for fear of breaking all my knocks..   :biglaugh:

Back on page 82, Jeremy posted four pictures of Bob, starting in 2005 thru 2008 and asked what all the pictures have in common. Well.......

1- Bob has the same sweet smile he was born with.
2- Bob looks good in brown clothes.
3- Bob has been carry-in the same dead rabbit for four years!

Killdeer posted a picture of the top of Davids' head. Kinda reminds me of:

1- Gene Wensels head.
2- The dark side of the moon.
3- Why I carry pruners with me huntin'.

... mike ...   :p   ...

P.S. Guess that is why I never get a bunny. I gotta earn it first! ... Love Ya David!

And that head DOES have hair. It is just a fringe element in that neighborhood.

Larry's bow shoots exactly where ya look, so it was a giveaway about his wandering eye. If I ever steal a bow, it will be his. It fits exactly, and I memorized the serial number, hoping that Jim Neaves can duplicate it.

I think it's cool being short. My new hero is that guy on the NYS Lotto TV comercial. His name is "A Little Luck" and he stands about 24" tall. Yea! He wears glasses and is kinda bald like me!

So this bunny huntin' can be  :scared:  when you are eye to eye with maneaters like Shawn has around the airport! Why do ya think they put up that new fence? I don't need to go to Africa to hunt maneaters. Just taking a walk in my backyard the tree rats try to have their way with me. Life is an adventure.

Good Night All!

Yea that Centuar is a sweet shooter for shure Larry already told me that Killy was eyeballing it when I PM'd him about his tendency to not hold onto bows that long....kinda like Shawn

I shoulda been able to finish off that killer bunny that Bob had thumped over at briarback...dang thing come chargin up the hill straight at me probably 200 yrds after runnin the first guantlet taking Bob's arrow.I was scramblin to get an arrow nocked whatch as he closed in fast, got her nocked up just in time as the killer bunny stopped not 5' away and doesn,t the dang arrow fall off the string in my rush   :banghead:    :banghead:  he didn,t stay stopped long I tell ya...

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH YEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Shoot straight and have FUN!!
