last picture is very good, others are over-exposed. What mode were you using? I've noticed a lot of blown highlights when using apeture priority and now mostly enjoy using manual on everything (like I learned long ago). I've had a D200 for a year now and really enjoy it. May I suggest using low contrast (under the optimize image menu)anytime you are in bright direct sunlight, but go normal contrast for haze or low light. I also made a custom curve that cuts blown highlights. I would be happy to help with any questions you may have as I've spent a lot of time experimenting with the menus. The Nikonian.org website if very helpful too. I have a small gallery there.
