Mine says UBB Code is enabled then Instant graemelins and then it's blank all the way down to the bottom.

Go to your profile then click "edit preferences"then turn quick reply off.When you want to post you have to click post reply at the bottom.A new screen wilol appear,the nscroll down and directly beneath "Insant Greamlins"will be the options box.
