got a new toy pic

thanks to a fellow trad gang member I have a new toy to play with and wanted to show it off . so here it is its a roy hall navajo 3 piece takedown 62" 55@28 lefty and its sweet . grey actionwood riser and limbs    :D   ]

Good looking bow. Have fun with her. Hey I sent the knife I got off of you to Shell to have a beaded sheath made for it. Now Frank is threating not to send it back cause he likes it.LOL. He sure likes to joke around.  :bigsmyl:    :biglaugh:

hey nakohe i bet he is haveing fun you could loose such a thing like that should have just traced it on some cardboard and sent the cardboard oh no now i have gave frank a idea cardbord knife in the new sheath instead of the real MCcoy  :bigsmyl:

Thanks everyone i love it never seen a roy hall bow in person until now and i am glad cause i would have been worrying to death til i got one . still havent gotten to shoot a shrew but one of the days MR LaClair I AM GOING TO GET ME ONE .   :thumbsup:

hey mr vic your right about almost my wife said "thats the prettiest bow you ever brought home so far how long is it staying i will give it a week and you'll have it traded ". Whats women know anyhow ? eh ! err !  I mean   :D  .  Just kiddin to all the ladys in the gang . No i told her this ones probably going to stick around a little while I like it to much .

yeah steve its shoots great it would probably shoot alot better with sommeone besides me behind it but ih well its stuck with me for awhile . hope to get another one before a whole lot longer it a special stick type custom  bow from a good buddy   :bigsmyl:

Thanks everyone been I have been shooting it .  I think my 35/55 gt are a little light though . haveing some arrow flight problems waiting on my axis arrows to get here hopefully today .

I plan on making a riser with a phenolic accent strip in it just like that, my question is how much long does the accent strip have to be than the riser wood in order to make that curve? I ordered a 22" strip for 18" riser blocks. It should have a little left over. I was going to make a grey/brown combo. That way my next one can be brown/grey.
