I am in market for a recurve or poss a long bow. I have shot many different ones and so far I've fallen in love with the acient spirits thunderhawk. I want to hunt with it as well as shoot a lot of targets. I am still looking, what would be your dream bow considering all the normal factors of smoothness, shock, craftsmanship, beauty and price? I am looking and want to shoot and feel as many as possible first. Thanks for your help.... Basically, if you can have only one bow, what would it be? Aaron
Nothing brings three generations together like shooting tradional! Love you Pop, Brother Bear and my boys H & Luke.

For me it would be a Hummingbird recurve . For some reason I shoot them better than the rest . I love the design of alot of diffrent bow though . Some of my favorites are Shrew , Griffin , Treadway , RER , and of course Hummingbirds.

Have owned more than I could remember and shoot many more.  Always had three or four in the closet and now I own one with no desire to own another, so I'm happy to say I have that bow.

Black Swan 3pc. longbow.  The first one I think, the one with the aluminum riser & the curvy lines. Those things just look like sweet shooters.  Or an ACS, either of those would suit me.

That's easy - whatever TD longbow shoots best for ME.  :)

Almost ALL trad bows these dayze are worthy bows in terms of build, materials and perfromance.  The tough part is finding which one works best for YOU.  ;)

I have a home made long bow a good freind made for me. The only thing that would be better is if I had him make me another one.
