Better put together a better team for 2006, cause this years team just couldn't cut it.  Gave out after the first little scramble.  We antagonized them endlessly, but they could never catch up.

See you losers next year.  Oh, and why don't you bring some of the big blowhards who stay at home and talk trash each year.  Put your money where your big mouth is fellows.

Still alive and kicking it up in AZ

I have got 111 Megabytes of 2 minutes of very close very high quality video of a pair of javies.  I will upload it to my web site soon if anyone has the thru put to down load it raw.  I will try to reformat it tonight to a less cumbersome (and less quality be far) tonight.

I got to clean my web site up tp get enough space.

I'm free! and home again.  Dang the desert if not HOT in the winter.  I thought Mickey and George/Mark would freeze to death.

We have tales to tell and lots of pics.  'cept mine are with Connie who decided to stay another week and play with her sister in the mountains.

http://stavestobows.homestead.com/javie05/javiewindows.wmv

I would like to thank so much the two hunters whp gave up shots so I could get this video.  It is a wonderous thing that most every bowhunter I know loves and respects the animals they hunt.  The hunters in our group wever as happy as I was for the great luck we had to take terrific video.

the best I could do was get it down to 28.3 meg in a .wmv file.

it took be 6 minutes to back load the video.

The video involved no special talent except being very lucky as to time and place, blessing Connie's heart for passing up a 10 yds shot, and thank ya Sony for making a video DVD camcorder that even I can use.  Nothing to it  :)

In the video you can see the scent gland that can flavor the meat uncomplimentary.  Ya can see the callor their name comes from. Some of the old javie hands say ya'd like to hit mid-chest on the callor line. Ya can see the rooter teeth on one of the javies.

I wish i could have uploaded the full version.  the detail is to much finer.
