Ed I watched that rabbit leisurely hop it's way along right on a beeline towards Brian, who was standing there with his bow up and at partial draw. Hop, hop, the rabbit stops, Brian draws, shoots at ten yards and said rabbit runs back the way he came and buries himself in aforementioned hole.  That was a lucky rabbit.

Where is Curt(Guru) I want some more pics. and some stories. I cannot wait for Davids story of his kill. Jamie(Ishi) told it to me back at the house that night and I was laughing so hard my side hurt. I was wondering if we could get a shot total. Everyone please post how many shots you had. I will go first I got 19 shots, 3 the first day and 16 the next. I used the same arrow for 12 of those shots before I lost it. I hear someone yell bunny coming right at ya Shawn. I look up and hear he comes, I was in the real nasty stuff so I had to get an arrow nocked. He stops at 5 yards, he see's me coming to full draw and turns to go and I let it go, never saw that arrow again!! Keith mentioned loosing a dozen, I know Mark Fedrizzi lost at least 6 standing in one spot at the push at the greenhouses, but he did kill a bunny there as well!! OOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Shawn

One shot at wabbit and found arrow.

Lost one arrow to that steel thingy, I thought I saw that LANCE guy slide the plate the 1/2" that it missed the hole.

Broke 3 arrows on plywood discs which if I may add was not easy for us left hand shooters.  :(
That's alright, Righty always keeping us down  :D

But was alot of FUN,,,,

.........One shot on Saturday and YES --- I emptied my quiver of 6 arrows at the greenhouses  and sharing the kill with??? forgot his name but he was carrying "Faith" and I was carrying "Hope"...

...total shots -----------------7-----------

..........OOOOOOOOO  YYYYEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHH

Also--- I think it is AWESOME that RER bows is donating a bow for the 08 JLMBH... I have one of his 3 pc curves and it casts an arrow with authority...

Curt shot 3 arrows out of it and I think he felt it had great cast also....

.Recovered the arrow shot Saturday...and all 6 shot Sunday are with the "arrow gods"..

Didn't get any shots at rabbits, but out of the 3 different arrows I launched at the steel, 2 broke, and only after being used over and over again. (God bless solid fiberglass, bamboo, and footed carbon arrows).
Also lost two to the snow...    :(

Two shots both running full bore. One arrow found the other lost. At some future date people are going to start finding all these arrows and think there was a war, or we can start building our own brush piles.

Where is my buddy Guru
With all those funny pics?
Don't make me write a story
Of men with strings and sticks!
All were bound together
With one thing to get done.
Some, maybe kill a rabbit-
All, mostly just for fun.

OK, 30+23 is 53 shots so far. Lets hear some more stories as I am sure everyone has lots of them. Yeah, lets get on with some pics. guys. I know there are a lot more out there!! Swampbuck(Tom) 16 bunnies is incredible and what is more amazing how many more we saw. We also have the 3 suiciders to add to that as well. I believe that is why we have so many bunnies where we hunt, we kill enogh each year to help keep them disease free and enough food left over for the following spring. OOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!  Shawn

No shots Saturday.....five Sunday, all but one arrow recovered.(One connection....)
Shot the steel once....busted a nock and turned my field tip into a blunt....re-glued a new nock and showed the steel who was in charge.
Four of my arrows are in the snow bank. I say we got for a walk after the thaw and try to resell arrows to their original owners, then donate the $$ to the total for next year. LMAO.
So Shawn, tell me more about this bow for next year....  :saywhat:

Everyone remember Curt draw a bead on that stuffed Pooh bear and say "I'm going to shoot Pooh right between the eyes", and then actually doing it. Like watching Babe Ruth step up to bat and point waaaaaay out there before swinging...
