It looks like it will be a Rivers Edge Recurve, that is all I will know until we draw near. It will most likely be 50-55#s and a recurve. We may also be able to have a right hander, but thw winner if a lefty will be able to send it back for a lefty, which would be cool as we have quite a few lefties!! Kingstaken....trust me pal, I tried. After the laughter stopped, I got those piercing eyes...didn't bother me until two more unsucessful attempts...then for some reason I caught her sharpening a very large butcher knife. I looked around...didn't see any meat or chicken on the counter....so I beat feet down to the shop.    :scared:    :help:    :jumper:

As everyone knows        I won the JLMBH Kodiak Special   :bigsmyl:   so I decided to hunt with  it Sunday. I put 8 of my special Joe Skipp custom made "Moose Arrows" in my backquiver and climbed into the back of Davids pick-up and off I went!!!!!    :bigsmyl:

Kevin's bow killed 1 bunny.....When Kevin was carrying "Hope".....Jeremy used Kevin's Mikuta longbow to kill his bunny!!!!! Kevin's bow has officialy been "bloodied" Thanks to Jeremy       Then pushing up the bank of "Rabbit Valley" everyone had a bunny surrounded.....when I see Kevin take off running through waist deep snow.....then stop, crouch, draw, and shoot!!!!! (and miss LOL but NOT by much)

Kevin's total.....1 missed shot,1 "bow-killed bunny,no lost arrows!!!!!

OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

Four arrows shot at rabbits = one dead rabbit, one broken arrow and two lost arrows.

That last rabbit before the one on the road was one lucky bunny. The rabbit was sky lighted within a couple yards of a bunch of guys and running back and forth. It looked like a shooting gallery and I had the best seat in the house. I was rolling in the snow LMAO !!!

What happened to Curt ?

I was wondering who brought the ice .

Yeah man, that rabbit ran back and forth 4 times. It was his day as it finally beat feet across the open field and out of sight. That make 69+4=73 shots so far, I think we will reach 100 or better, 16 dead bunnies! OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Shawn

As I was saying.....(LOL) I won the JLMBH Kodiak Special    (I still cant believe it!!!!!)

Some of you know that I have a 47# KS just like it,however.....I can't shoot it because it is missing a tip overlay.

Well.....I was talking to Mike Robin (Bamboo) who is a very talented bowyer and he is going to replace the tip overlays and "dress-up" my old Kodiak Special. Mike is also going to make a bow-sock to fit it and send it back to me. I will sign the bow-sock and add whatever game I killed with it,and I will bring it back next year and then every winner will be able to sign the bow-sock just like they do with the "Little Delta Bow". This way we will have a way to track where the JLMBH bow has been, and what it has done.   :archer:

Lance is my brother, he showed up to hunt at 9am. Saturday, he was called to work five minutes later. His girlfriend came back and bought him tickets. His place will be the one to host this hunt if my Dads becomes unavailable, which I hope does not happen for a long time. Also who cares who he is, as long as he spent his money and attended, even if only for a few minutes. He also bought a T-Shirt and said Mom would be proud!!
