Well if Bob's bringing Chili then there goes my specialty. David, I'm good for what ever needs to be brought. Just let me know close to the date what we still need.

I have you covered Shawn!  There'll be a bottle of SoCo coming along for the trip; well, the trip out to your place anyway.  Unless you're feeling adventurous and want to try something different: there's Yukon Jack and American Honey - both sweet like SoCo but a bit different flavors.  The first is Canadian and the second made by Wild Turkey.

Can ya tell I like my whiskies, bourbons and scotches!  ;)

Maybe this will be the year I actually kill a rabbit on one of these hunts...I've been on every one of these hunts...the one day hunt at Hook's place...then later that winter at Shawn's...and the last two years, two day hunts at Shawns and I still haven't killed one yet!!!

I blow every good opportunity I get!!!  Last year one almost commited suicide in front of me and I still didn't hit it!!

This is gonna be my year

Talked with Shawn last night....he's pretty pumped!!

Last years rabbit wasn't trying to commit suicide, he was just teasing Curt, standing there right at the edge of your effective range like he was.......  :smileystooges:

Do you guys make the newcomers bust all the brush? I have heard that we might have to carry the dogs if it gets to thick for them   :help:
That will be right up my ally anyhow.

I'll be coming with my whole family (minus one daughter in college). My wife, two sons (17&14), and one daughter (13). I'll bring some desert type items. My wife makes a mean Texas Sheet Cake of brownies. I can also bring some Gut Grillin' Chili with homegrown habenaros if needed. I'm really looking forward to meeting some traditional archers in the area. I'm about 20 miles South in Columbia County. Just moved here from Indiana. Terry Receveur

Also, I worked for St. Jude in Memphis for almost 6 years and can attest to the great work they do. It has one of the lowest administrative costs for a charitable organization. Which means the money actually goes toward what it was raised for - saving children's lives. I have some stuff for the raffle. Also, can others buy tickets without attending?
