Hey Shawn...Does the stuff for the raffle have to be "archery related" or can it be general hunting items? I have some cool framed art work prints of hunters with game down in the snow, holding muzzleloaders and the like...Two Remington prints...framed...Indian taking aim with lever action at covered wagon...And cavalry on the move...

Let Me Know What You Think... :)

Mark, That is too cool. I know this year is gonna be great. I cannot wait to see ya again. The raffle items can be anything at all really. This is just something for the kids. When I started this hunt, I asked people to bring stuff for a prize table. If ya broke a balloon or hit an aerial ya got a prize. Well some of the stuff people bought was amazing, so Curt(Guru) said we mind as well do something special and decided to hold a  raffle. It had grown each year and some of the stuff is amazing. Remember though this is still about the hunt, we are gonna hunt hard and hopefully kill us some bunnies. Can I hear an, OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! Shawn

Shawn:

I don't make any archery stuff. So I start looking for something special to buy for the table right after the hunt, for the next year. So I think I found a great prize for the raffle. A brand new green and black plaid wool LL Bean winter hunting coat for you hunters that like wool and plaid camo. This is just like the red Woolrich ones but green and black and has a zipper front instead of buttons.

Thank Mark for getting her involved. I will be contacting her shortly. I am also working on having the hunt covered by a free-lance writer who hunts with trad. equipment and writes for a paper with a circulation of 200,000+ people. Recurver good to hear from ya. I'm starting to collect a bunch of leather work gloves again this year. If anyone remembers from last year they are nice and smooth, and they double as a pretty good shooting glove.I'll be making a list of who wants a pair a few weeks before the hunt and any left overs will go on the prize table.

OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!
