Well I,ll tell ya what,ya can still dance but ya hafta take lessons from Ken and do it in your loin cloth LOL    

In any event there really only needs to be a couple inchs on the ground.With the ice still wieghtin down the trees and 6+" of snow on top of that it,s like walkin thru a giant chest high brush pile pretty much every where cept for open fields.It was almost as bad as the very first bunny hunt at Hooks place.

PS if you fella,s haven,t been bustin brush a little in advance your legs are gonna wanna kill ya LOL You,ll see

And still no snow on the ground here...and I am about 15 miles south of the bunny hunt grounds. Those  conditions do sound rough swamp.
Might head out later today towards dark....I have been practicing with Shawn and Damon...every time I get home from a hunt she points out the thorns/scratches on my face...then she shakes here head.  :confused:

Yesterday afternoon I didn,t have time to change cloths from the mronin hunt cause byt ime I got back I was supposed to be at BBassi's place so I just loaded up and drove over soaked thru from the mornin.By time we left I had a pretty good chill workin and when I got home my wife had drawn a hot bath(for me) and had a chicken cookin on the roticery for dinner.I think maybe I,ll keep her LOL

      i'm going to go out on a limb and say i don't think ya want to see either me or Chuck in any kind of tutu!!!!           then again if we both were to wear them for the bunny hunt i bet the bunnies would be scared to even move and give us some easy shots!!

Well...I'll be breaking in a new pair of LL Bean
Maine Hunting Guide wool pants for the bunny hunt. Couldn't locate the heavier Swiss Army wool pants I've come to rely on over the years.

I ordered the Malone color...gray/black/red...I was told they were out of my size. She said the only pair in my size was Brown Camouflage!! Sold...they will be at my door Thursday. I may cheat and use them Sat chasing some bunnies behind my home....now to get suspenders

Lots of bunnies out today. I saw 8 or so and took two 30+ yard shots....scaredem good. Would you believe it...I hit high each time. Hard to hunt bunnies solo.

I'm All Ready For The Bunny Hunt...Don't need to buy anything else...Lucky Me...  :(  ...Got enough arrows, gear, brush pants and chaps from last year...Got my blaze orange hat and vest...Warm boots...Plenty of stuff, etc.,etc.,etc...What to do with myself until then? Any Ideas?
