I've got a bit of bad news.  I went to the doctor today to see why I've been coughing for a little over two weeks.  Turns out I'm in the beginning stages of pneumonia.  I started taking an antibiotic and I don't feel bad, but I'm not sure that hunting is a real smart idea.

So what's my plan you ask?  Well, I ain't coming on Friday.  But I still want to come and hang out with you guys for a little while so I figured I'd come up there around lunch time on Saturday and leave sometime after dinner, or maybe Sunday morning...we'll have to wait and see. I was going to provide a stew Friday night.  Does anyone want to trade me their Saturday night meal for my Friday night?

Clint, Sorry to hear that. But you don't have to go hunting if you don't want to. Just keep the fire going and watch a dozen Trad videos.  Eat some Killy pie? Some Jerry clams and some of Tom's jerky. Heck, that sounds like a super weekend to me?

Allright, I'm feeling fine and not coughing anymore...the pox on not coming tomorrow.  I'll be at the sheetz tomorrow at noon.  I won't be staying Saturday night though, although I will stay for dinner.   :bigsmyl:    See ya'll there.

Kathy,

I'm putting the finish on two bows and with the help of Bob, I aquired a Bob Lee Hunter so if you don't want to bring your bows, don't worry about it.  However, if you want to show and tell, well by all means...

Nope.

I was gonna bring a Morrison and my Jeffery, a longbow and a recurve, to see if you wanted to use either of them. No biggie. I was just trying to do something nice for someone. That's OK if you have something better, think nothing of it.

I'll be fine...

I gotta go fight with the piecrust. How did you do yours?

You can bring your Morrison.  Won't bother me a bit. (read-please bring it)

My pie crust is store bought.  I didn't feel like foolin' with it.  Matter of fact, I haven't started making the pies yet.  I'm gonna try to pack and get things ready tonight so I can leave outta hear tomorrow by 9:30.  That'll put me at the sheetz at noon or a little before.

I have two pies sitting ready to go in the oven as soon as it feels hot enough. The crust is from a mix. That's all the pies I am gonna make. I still have to gather clothes and such.

Clint, do you want to shoot a Dakota (45@28") or the ACS (51@26")?

I's going to bed. I'll recheck here in the morning. Anybody coming at 700am let me know. Or just fallow the direction to my house from Sheetz.   "[tunglaff]"

Hi KILLDEER   :D  ,

I'm new around here, well been lurking for a while and following this thread, just wondering how y'all's weekend turned out. Sounded like it was going to be a good time. Hope everyone had a blast   :bigsmyl:
