I've seen a pic somewhere of W Tim holding a Florida deer that looks a little smaller than one of those....

ok, maybe not smaller than one - but it wasn't any bigger than the two of 'em put together...  :bigsmyl:

I've heard of junkyard dogs but never junkyard rabbits.

Nice shooting! This warm weather seems to have em moving a lot. I've been seeing them on my way home from work in the mornings along the sides of the road and usually 3 or 4 are in my yard when I pull in.
I'm gonna get the beagle out for one last run this weekend and see if I can make a meal!  :)

Couldn't help myself. Ran out after work and went hunting again. Should have got 4, but ended up with one unfortunate rabbit.

You should come down Ron - so I can give you a lesson in shooting rabbits.   :)

I haven't heard of junkyard Toms or junkyard bucks either; only junkyard dogs.

You keep killing those bunnies and you'll have plenty to eat.

Fine fine job there Denny, big bunnies! They're bout the same size as Newaygo County whitetails. -
BTW--Your wife pens quite an article! Really enjoyed that in TB magazine, great job!
Awesome pics Ron. I read the post where you might be putting a book together. That's going to really be something... looking so forward to that. The pics alone will be some grade A classic stuff!!--Don McKellar

How are you doing Don?

I shot another rabbit last night- should have had a couple more. I think I'll go out this afternoon with one contact lense. The last 2 hours of daylight seem to be the best time. Last call for rabbits in MI today.
