Looks like your using photobucket.  To resize, select the picture then look for the drop down menu that says "edit image".  This will take you to a new view where it will show the photo size.  Resize by the preset sizes, large is  640x400, or other choice that first number is 640 or less.

Save as a new image or save to replace the current too large image.  Then follow what you already know to link to Tradgang.

I just switched back to Grizzly's for thist hunt.  That makes me 3 for 3 with them.  Not a bad blood trail yet.  Even with the doe that I shot in the butt last year (oops!!!).  This last one is gonna make some tender jerky in the smoker.
