I've been home 20 minutes and the car is packed except for Jordans and ghost robs stuff.

Off to bed! I hope the Oneonta Mickey D's has some strong coffee in the morning.

I showed her some sights we had lunch and I showed her some NY deer, probably 15 or so. She just dropped me off at home and headed to her room with a 12 pack of brewski's and some reading material. She is a blast, one of kind and very easy going!! It is a pleasure hanging out with her!! Everyone should be pumped, weather is perfect and the bunnies should be there, everything is froze, so if ya have ice creepers or good lug soles wear them. It is gonna be 5 or 6 degrees saturday morning which is perfect!! You do not need to dress real warm as it will warm up to around 17-20. Sunday may be the day to really kill bunnies though, as it is gonna cloud up and a little bit of snow front is coming, that means they will move like last year(12 kills and 3 suicides on sunday) I am stoked, lots of work to do in the morning but we may get a quick hunt in around 4, at least me and Kathy will!! Everyone drive safe and be ready for a great time!! OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Shawn

OOoops! (heh, heh!) Guess I don't quite know how this 'capture quote' thingy works just yet....

Don't see any way to delete mistakes, either.

I think this is what I meant to do, more or less, although it loses its real effect now.

Clark, I don'n know how cold it is in Northern Virginia this morning, but I've found I work my keyboard much better if I take off my mittens.

Everyone is having a ball. A lot of arrows have been busted. I left after they went out for the afternoon hunt. The kids saw a bunch of bunnies during their hunt but no casualties. Killie's Morrison Cheyenne shoots real nice.

you guys the michiganders had a blast...huge turn  out...im guessing around 50...beautiful weather and the bunnies were cooperating..... a very  nice raffle and a great donation to st jude...only 2 bunnies hit , one killed, the other hit on a dead run.... flipped a few times and ran off with the arrow and holed back up... drew put an amazing shot on the runner!  lot and lots of misses and lots of bunnies..... what a day!!!!!!!

Ah Damon beat me to it! Awesome shoting by all the hunters. I heard tell of Killy making an awesome shot on a running bunny. I have a hero pic I will post tomorrow. I have another of Stone Knife too. 10 Bunnies on the first day! Last years record is in danger of being topped!!
It was great to meet new friends and see some old ones too. Still wish I could have hunted a bit, or atleast shot, but it was worth it just to see everyone and watch.
I will post pics tomorrow once I can move again....I would be expecting some video worthy of a trad gang dvd if I were you. I know there were some video cameras and A LOT of regular cameras. Awesome job Shawn and family!!! My hat is off to you guys, and to everyone who donated such amazing stuff for the ST Jude's raffle.
