Good to see you two made it back OK....I bet Rob had a run in with a wildcat!!!
The flight home went smooth and Wildcat was waiting there at the airport, just purring to pick me up and git me home. Absence do make the heart grow fonder. :D
WOW, what a hunt!!!!!It was a pleasure to finally meet Mitch and Vance and Fred, and great to meet up again with Terry, Charlie and Bob. We had a great camp, lots of chatter and fun and that FANTASTIC cooking that Mr. Bob Walker dished out day after day - man, I tell ya that feller can
COOK up a storm, and my second and third helpings proved that to me day after day, right Bob? :D
I never measure a hunt by the game taken, but by my experiences with man and nature - the camp out and the gettin' afield - and this year's St Jude's hunt was all of that, including a Paradise Grand Slam for one outstanding bowhunter that involved a heckuva buck and a fine piggy to boot. More on that soon enough. Stay tuned ...
