Shot was almost to low. But it was good enough...... :D I got in the stand about 3:00. About 4:00 the first deer came in it was a spike. I saw nine bucks and two does all together. They were feeding like cows all under my stand. This guy presented me with the best broad side shot. The funny thing is when I shot none of the other deer even spooked. That long bow is so quiet... He did even know he was hit. He walked around with his tail down. Then he turned around about 3 times like he was chasing his tail. All the other deer were looking at him, like whats his problem...
Then he just fell over and started kicking his legs up in the air. When he did that all the others cleared out. I thought he was done. Wrong... He got back up and walked out of site. I gave him about an hour... Got down, found my arrow. I was a short tracking job he only went another 20 yards...
