The Advance of The BEAR HUNTERS
« on: May 29, 2007, 11:57:00 AM »
This may get REAL interesting. Lam"O" left yesterday to go to Shaun's to start the Journey to Idaho to hunt Bruins with Ted. Their intention was to get here Wednesday late afternoon.

It seems that they decided that rather than sit up and visit until 2:00 am they would just do the visitin while drivin.

At 6:30 my time Lam"O" called to say that they were in WY.  :scared:    :scared:  they would be here around 2:00 PM. I thought that's great wanting to see me so they pushed it.  :banghead:   all they wanted to know was about ST. Jude's GO FIGURE.

Better go break this news to the Bride, Curtis is due in Thursday or Friday. Should be a good story unfolding.

Just finished puttin the no-snow on all my fletchings. Everything is sitting patiently by the back door. Gotta go clean up the truck and get the back seat ready for a few campouts on my way north. Good thing I'm a small guy and the back seat of my F-250 is so big. Like a mbl Econo Inn.  :D

Gotta stop off and get a 12 volt coffee maker. I should be in Roswell, Nm by nightfall tomorrow night. I'm leaving South Texas in the early AM. See you guys in a few days! CK

Received this picture from Curtis taken on Vance's place in Wyoming.

I'm not sure about that white stuff on the tops of those mountains, or the insulated vest and long sleeve shirt CK is wearing, but it sure doesn't look like south Texas weather to me . . . Brrrrrr!!

In case you don't know all of this illustrious group of fence sitting dignitaries; we have from left to right:
Charlie (Storytime) Lamb
Curtis (CK or Littlefeather) Kellar (dressed sensibly)
Vance (Fulla/Iron Bull) Brewer
Shawn (Shawn) Webb
