Horne's Traditionalist?

Was just wandering if anyone shoots one. How are they in the accuracy, quiet, speed, smoothness, handshock department? I have shot a combo hunter longbow and like the grip but I prefer a one piece. I understand the traditionalist is basically the same bow.

I had a 47#, 64" Tradional that was all of the above you mentioned.I thank it is a great longbow and rate it in the top 10.The handle lets you hold it the same each time.Mine was maple limb core also.I only keep one bow with a backup is why I don't have one now but if one comes up on the classified I will try to buy it.I just missed one about 3 weeks ago on e***. I havea both the Combo Hunter and the Traditionalist and love them both. My Traditionalist is 68" with yew over a bamboo core with carbon and a cocobole riser. It is a really pretty bow as well as smooth and fast. I will be buying a two piece with the Bow Bolt late spring. This one will probably have the maple cores and bocote.

I was thinking of going with a 66". 55 to 60 pounds at my 30" draw.

I will have one coming pretty soon.I will let you know how she shoots for me.it will be 64 inches and 53#s at my 30 inch draw.i would probably prefer a 66 or 68 incher.I have shot alot of 64 inch longbows with good results though. This one will have tonkin Bamboo and yew veneers.Should be a sweet shooter from my experience testing them at shoots.
