Documentary Film
« on: April 05, 2011, 10:51:00 PM »
I am involved in a documentary film that has actually turned into two films.

The project started with the decline of the elk herd in the West Fork of the Bitterroot. The first film is documenting the Bitterroot Elk Study, which is a 3 year study looking into the cause of the population decline and the poor calf:cow ratios.

As we got into this project we stumbled in to doing a film covering the history and facts about wolf reintroduction.

Right now we have a single website. We should have a new website for the wolf reintroduction film live by the end of the week.

The Pope & Young Club has been an outstanding resource for us. And I mean OUTSTANDING. Yote Robertson also donated a X Series bow to the project. We are auctioning the bow online by silent auction. Highest bid by the end date wins. Leave it to the people in archery to stand up and be counted. Thanks to Yote Robertson and Mike Schlegel of Pope & Young Club!!!

You can see the information about the films at  http://elkinperil.com   We have a few videos posted and the instructions for bidding on the Robertson Stykbow.
