York Longbows?
« on: January 15, 2008, 10:56:00 PM »
I am back with more questions.

The longbow I am currently shooting, I purchased on that auction site. It was painted a green camo color which I sanded off. Underneath the green, I found a  very nice looking bow with an outline of the York sticker. (The sticker was gone, but you can see where the wood is lighter and make out the word York.)
Anyway, I was trying to find out information about it, but can't find any mention of longbows, just recurves. Can anyone help enlighten me?

Thank you,
Dan

They made a lot of longbows for schools and camps and such.
