Wing Presentation string and brace questions.
« on: January 16, 2008, 10:17:00 PM »
I have a 69" Wing Presentation at 35# that I acquired with no string. I twisted up a 12 strand B50 tonight and was wondering if I should have padded the loops? I was also wondering where I should start with the brace height? I have it braced now to stretch the string a bit, before I serve it tomorrow, at 7 1/2" and it looks kinda' low. Any thoughts?

10 strands woould be enough for that weight bow.

Brace should be 8.5"-9.5" with most around 9".

Thanks Kelly, starting at 8.75, looks much better. Will commence the shooting when this snow lets go of us.
