Yep! I mile from the (used to be smiling) barn. Just south of I-94. Stop by for a sausage and jerky sample. I just made a 30 pound batch of teriyaki snack sticks using a kit from Cabela's A little to salty for my tastes. It would require an extra beer to wash them down.

My shop is currently a disaster area... and y'all would yell if you saw the pile of saw dust and shavings near the grinder and forge area!!  It's a bad fire waiting to happen.   :scared:

I'm building a new workshop this spring and that will stay clean... no, really, it will!!  :readit:

Good Lord, what have I done??? where does the bidding start on the Brats?

Or the venison Jerky?

Or the Venison Summer?

Or the venison or pork Canadian bacon?

Or the Venison Hotdogs?

Or the Venison/pork breakfast sausage?

Or the smoked salmon?

My smoker is going all the time.

I have only been down here for about 10 years. I lived in the Stevens Point area most of my life. That is where I do the bulk of my hunting.
