Antler Handle Small Blade
« on: January 31, 2008, 11:36:00 AM »
The handle is whitetail antler with synthetic guard and end cap. The blade is a 3" by Frost. Sheath is handmade by myself. I love you Scandinavian blades...SHARP. Hopefully will be making some of my own blades before long.

Did you make the knife or just the sheath?

Love it - and the sheath. What is the "synthetic material", and where did you get it, if you don't mind, sw?

I did all the handle work and sheath work. The blade was purchased.

I have no idea what it is. I got it from my brother that works at a paper mill. It kind of looks like wood but I think it is something else. Creates yellow dust when you sand it and it is pretty hard material.
