Doug Campbell Strikes Again
« on: March 02, 2008, 11:18:00 PM »
I asked Doug to build a damascus knife for me made with handle wood from my new Blacktail bow's riser cutouts.  Here is the result.  The knife is perfectly balanced in the hand. The pictures do not do the knife justice.  I'm very pleased with the work.  Thanx again Doug....

So very nice! I'll bet Nook doesn't lay that knife down - anywhere where he isn't gonna be within easy reach of it.

Doug's knives are incredible.  I just received one today and I can't put the thing down.  Warning:  get one, and you'll likely want another.

I think Doug should post a warning on his website.  I find myself picking it up and admiring the fit and finish.  My wife says I've got a problem.....  :goldtooth:

I love these examples of "real" knifemakers.  Doug, you've raised my bar again and I can't thank you enough.  :notworthy:
