Where to get brass....
« on: March 16, 2008, 05:45:00 PM »
Just curious as to where you guys get your brass for finger guards, etc...

I found some in the hardware stores, but it's not very thick.

Thanks

I get the thin stuff from the hardware store for spacers and a brass door kicker for slightly thicker caps, but the 1/4" and 3/8" thick stuff I get from Jantz or one of the other knife supply places.  I normally get enough belts, brass, nickel silver and steel at a time to last me a good while.
