Name for my knife business
« on: March 19, 2008, 12:50:00 AM »
Guys,
I need some help with a name...and a design for my blade stamp and business cards/website.

I had thought about calling it

Rayzorbak Custom Knives....not sure about the stamp or logo or anything...but my wife says I should go back to the drawing board on that one.

What do you think? If anyone can come up with something, and help me with the graphics part of it, I will make the chosen designer a knife.

How does that sound?

Ray,  I sent you a PM and here are some pics I found on the web.   I think they need to be biting down on a big ole knife blade.

Ray,

Curtis had a cool outline of big boar head he used for 2nd Sweat Hunt shirts. Not sure if it's his design or someone else's but you could ask him.

How about "Sammich Slicers"

MOTO:  If my blades will cut completely thru the sammiches I eat, they will cut ANYTHING you throw at them.

O.K............Now that I gave you the winning combo, when are you building my free knife??  LOL!!!

If for some CRAZY reason you don't like that one, how about "Wild Boar Blades" or "Custom Cutters"?

I actually really like Custom Cutters with two "C's" made to look like Hog cutters for your blade stamp and logo.

I like "Wild Boar Blades" !! That has a nice ring to it. You could do a simple side profile of a hog inside a circle as a stamp.

I was told that no matter what you do for a logo, to make certain that your own name is on the blade somewhere, so that it is instantly recognizable as your work.

Correct.
