Figured I'd start a thread and maybe everyone will follow suit.

Let's post pics of the knives and who it came from.

Congrats to all who participated this year. It is my first swap and you best believe I'll be bringing bigger and better next year. Thanks to Jeremy for doing all the leg work.

Please post some pics!!! I commenced my journey into the dark side (as a traditional archer) just last September and I've refinished 3 older recurves, made 3 plains-style quiver and now looking for inspiration in making knives. Already have 2 blanks cut from a circ saw blade. Is there a 12 step for my addiction? Seriously, I'm anxiously awaiting the pics of the 50 some blades!

I got this little beauty in the mail today from Drewsbow. Drew, thanks brother. this is a sweeet little knife. Love the file work too!

A neighbor came down my driveway today and handed me a box... seems the postman delivered it down the road. I'm glad I have good neighbors!!!

went to the mailbox and found a package from Brock Wardle in washington. nice little hunting knife looks to be from crosscut saw, my great grandaughter fell in love with it on the spot, it is now her hunting knife. thank you Brock for geting in on the trade. hope everyone is as happy with there trade as we are. loyd

Got a box Saturday from Kevin Halverson. I was like a little kid running into the house! It is a great knife, and reminds me of my Dads hunting knife that he has had since 1962. My son sead "wow dad that that knife is a lot cooler than your knives

Got home this afternoon to find two sweet knives in my mailbox, one from Mysticbow and one from khalverson. Thanks John and Kevin! I will post pics soon. I guess I need to build on my knife making skills for next year.

i have been doin this six months
for next years swap i hope one more year of
experience makes a big difference
by the way john i like taters hair cut
i have been trying to talk my 11 year old into a cut like that , but hes an all A student so i guess i am stuck with the hair

I came home to a box with a great looking knife and an equally pretty neck sheath. It's funny, I told my wife when Derek (Longbow) posted them and said one is "headed due south" I told her I sure hope it's the one with the little cross in the center and headed for Florida. I love neck knives!I really like it a lot and think it's cool that the wood came from your place. Thanks Derek.
