I just aquired a Browning Spartin 44#.  The outside glass coating on thw bow is a yellow color with a wood interior.  How old is it and is it a good bow?

Mid 60's to mid 70's.  Browning made (or had made - I have heard Wing and Ben Pearson made some of their models) very reliable bows that had a reputation for good efficiency.  The 62" Spartan was an "entry level" style - like the Ben Pearson Colt.
