S30V and Spalted Maple hunter

Just finished this puppy for nobody in particular. 1/4 inch mosaic pins, thumb grooves in front of the handle.

I wanted to see what this steel was all about....Its neat to work with. A little more 'technical' looking shape than my normal hunter/utility but I like the way it came out..and this spalted maple is 'the bomb' baby

that is some good looking stuff..  where did you come across that maple?  seeing all of yalls knives makes my want to stay in the shop more and maybe my skill level will be that of yalls. just good stuff
