Kitchen knife

Hey Folks this another part of the plow disc.
 Don't know what kind the wood is. If You do I would like to know.
 My first ever laynard loop 3/8" stainless tubing.
This puppy is wicked sharp and so are the other blades made from the disc. They hold an edge pretty well too.
oal is 8.75" blade is 4.75"

Looks pretty good to me.
I have no idea on what kind of wood it is. Looks like ivory micarta to me.
