Great deal on blades

Hi folks,Smokey Mountain Knife Works is selling Camillus knife blanks for not much money.  I ordered a few and wanted to tip the rest of you off.  Have fun.

Wow thats a heck of a price on some of their blades.I for one do not have a forge and have to use what I can get my hands on for blades.Those pre made blades sure look like the way to go.The Hallie blade are a bit more money but really good knives too.Thanks for the tip on the blades.bowdoc

I live only about 6 miles from the now closed Camillus knife foundry. When they were auctioning off all contents in the factory I went over to try and get some blanks.
 A person off the street with a limited amount of money in his pocket didn't stand a chance aginst all the DEEP pockets that showed up.
 I'll have to check out Smokey Mountain. THANKS!

I went over and took a look at the blades even though I wont be buying. Some are labeled Full tang , but are hidden or through tang, according to the pictured illustrations. In other words, they are mislabeled. I thought the info might save some ordering problems. Lin
