It's called Black Palm. And it's cut on an angle to show the end grain of the timber. Oh and the top one is my son's, bottom 2 are mine.

Well deer season is over so it's time to finish up some new hunting knives. Maybe a favorite in the bunch
The large hunting blade at the bottom is my first try using some damascus steel...Doc
