Hey all Question
« on: April 23, 2009, 02:48:00 PM »
OK so a few days ago I set up my makeshift forge. It is just firebrick with a black steel pipe running down the center to feed air to my fire. I am using wood right now. My anvil is a piece of rail road track. I am trying to make some arrow heads not for use but I am getting married in 44 days and wanting to make the heads into a memento for my groomsmen. I am a college student with other more important bills to pay, on top of helping pay for a wedding. Any ideas to make my work a little easier.                             Thanks Tyler

Tyler, I'm a rookie at knife making, but instead of wood try "Cowboy" charcoal, it may work better than wood and it's fairly inexpensive.
