New knife
« on: June 07, 2009, 04:09:00 PM »
I was messing around with sctrach pad and came up with this, its OK but I think it needs more up-sweep at the point???Sharpend clip (I think thats what you call it)Had small piece of sheep horn I saw where Lin had done this(used wood and sheep horn) so I tried it.
5" blade and is 9.75" OA
Stainless 416 guard and pins and N/s butt cap and spacer and one black spacer
sheephorn and ironwood handle

Wow!!! That is so nice. I notice how you got the sheephorn nice and even from side to side. I sure like it. Lin

Darn right - that is cool!
Nice job all around.

Kevin, I respectfully disagree with you!  I think the blade is great!  Very nice knife for sure!

Rooster. Looks beautiful, though I agree with you, little more upsweep in the  tip or a little deeper through the tip would look good. Not better just more to my style. Either way looks outstanding.
