Rasp fer a workmate

A freind from work ask for a knife with handle made from a homade walnut board that was givin to Him By a Man that no longer
works with Us.Wanted it made from a rasp. Also used brass that was  dumpster dived from work.
I bet You can guess what state He grew up in!
